We take care to keep the site accurate, but photographs, descriptions and availability can change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Product performance figures, if shown, apply to the conditions stated alongside them and may vary with the installation.

3. Quotations and estimates

A quote request submitted through this site is an enquiry, not an order. Prices, lead times and scope are confirmed only once we have reviewed the drawings, quantities and site conditions, and issue a written quotation.

Any estimate we provide remains subject to that review. We are not bound by figures shown on the site itself.

4. Contracts for works

Scope, price, payment terms, programme, warranty periods and responsibilities for supply, installation, testing and commissioning are set out in the contract or purchase order we issue. Delivery and completion dates run from the agreed start date and any prerequisites confirmed with you.

5. Limitation of liability

We do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content, or from your or a third party’s failure to follow our written instructions, product documentation, or the manufacturer’s installation requirements.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, logos and code of this website belong to Muscat Engineering Pumps SPC or its licensors. You may view, download and print content for your own business use. You may not reproduce, resell or republish substantial parts of the site without written permission.
