Air conditioning and chilled water, designed through to commissioning

We provide the complete HVAC service — design, supply, installation, AMC, service, testing and commissioning. Handling design and commissioning ourselves means the equipment selected is the equipment that actually gets balanced and handed over.

Equipment scope

Individual room AC, window AC, split AC, cassette and ceiling-mounted units, packaged AC, ductable AC, VRV/VRF systems, and domestic and industrial water chillers.

Chilled water

Where a project runs on chilled water, the chilled water pump sets form part of the pumping scope, coordinated with the chillers, distribution and terminal units.

Servicing

HVAC systems can be maintained under an annual maintenance contract, which covers planned service and keeps breakdown response times predictable.
