2. What we collect

When you use our contact or quote request forms we collect:

• Your name and, optionally, your company name.
• Your email address and any phone number you provide.
• The service you are interested in and the project location.
• The message and files you choose to attach.
• A truncated, salted hash of your IP address, used only to spot abuse.

Quote attachments are stored on private, non-publicly accessible storage. They are visible only to authorised staff handling your enquiry and are never published on this site.

3. Why we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry or quote request.
• Prepare quotations, scopes of work and site assessments.
• Keep records of correspondence relating to a contract.
• Detect and prevent spam or abuse of our forms.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for a limited period for record-keeping and then deleted. Where an enquiry results in a contract, relevant records are retained for as long as required for commercial, tax and legal purposes.

5. How it is protected

This site is served over HTTPS in production. Form submissions are validated on the server, protected against automated abuse with rate limiting, and stored in an application database that is not directly reachable from the internet.

6. Cookies

This website uses only the session cookie Laravel requires to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Requests are handled in line with applicable Omani data protection requirements.
